Clean Slate provides residential and office cleaning services, including move-in and move-out cleaning, empty-property deep cleaning, and handover kitchen and appliance cleaning. Any service scope is confirmed after an initial enquiry, property condition review, and agreement on the handover time and access arrangements.
Service fees are based on the confirmed scope and condition of the property, and a final price is not fixed until that review is completed. Where a deposit is requested, the amount and payment timing will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, payment card, and cash on site, as confirmed for the booking.
Bookings are arranged by appointment and are subject to availability, property access, and the information provided by the customer. The property must be empty for move-in or move-out cleaning unless we agree otherwise in writing, and condition photos may be used to support the quotation and service planning.
